The provider’s role is to work with the agency under the rules of the DNA and the agencies policies Providers are independent contractors and not employees. Parents are clients of the Agency and not the providers. Fees are paid to the agency and we pay the providers. Before a parent can begin with a provider the parents will receive confirmation from the agency Hours of operation you require will be set out on the application. All providers set their own hours for care and parents are entitled to a 10 hours day within the provider’s hours
