Win Free Day Care For a Month Contest Rules
- Contest begins April 1st 2009 12:00am and closes April 30th 11:59pm 2009
- Draw date is MAY 13 2009
- The Contest is open only to families enrolled at J&F Home Child Care Services and new families that have **registered for care.
- No entry fee is required, but all contestants must register to be able to enter to win.
- To be eligible, all you have to do is answer the daily trivia questions.
- A new trivia question will be posted daily. You can only enter to win once per day.
- You must get the answer correct to be eligible to have a ballot entry.
- The winner will be awarded (1) FREE MONTH OF DAY CARE FEES.*2
- You can only claim ONE CHILD for a free month.
- The Free Day Care month prize has no cash value and will be awarded to the client June 2009.
- For new clients the Free Month Prize will be awarded to the winner the second full month in care.
- Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the draw.
- Winner will be notified by mail and email. Winner’s name will be posted on the website
** Registered clients must fill out an application and are going to use J&F for day care services New clients are still subject to the standard registration fees once enrolled at J&F Home Child Care Services
